Terrance P. Conlin is of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Conlin has been practicing law for 34 years, primarily in the area of commercial transactions, hospitality and license beverage law. He concentrates his practice in areas of business law and administrative and regulatory law, with significant emphasis on representations of members of the food service and hospitality industry in obtaining liquor licenses. For his entire 34 year career Mr. Conlin has represented multi unit food service operators doing business in the State of Michigan as well as independent on premise and off premise licensees in the state as well as many golf courses, resorts and hotels. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys. Mr. Conlin has been a speaker at numerous seminars and programs relating to license beverage law in the State of Michigan. He is a member of the Business Section and the Real Estate Section of the State Bar Michigan.
