Robert J. Babcock is Of Counsel in the firm of DeLoof, Hopper, Dever & Wright, PLLC. He graduated from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. Mr. Babcock focuses his practice in the area of family law. His practice in family law includes the important issues of divorce, child custody, parenting time, guardianships, and both child and spousal support. While the main focus of Mr. Babcock's practice is family law, he also has first hand experience in the restaurant industry, as a long term owner-operator and now as a qualified court appointed receiver.  Mr. Babcock understands the issues related to the industry and is uniquely qualified to represent his clients in this area. Mr. Babcock is also experienced in other areas of practice including commercial litigation, contracts, real estate issues and tenant landlord disputes.
