Robert J. Babcock is Of Counsel in the firm of DeLoof, Hopper, Dever & Wright, PLLC. He graduated from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. Mr. Babcock focuses his practice in the areas of family law and the hospitality industry. His practice in family law includes the important issues of divorce, child custody, parenting time and both child and spousal support. Because of over 40 years of first hand experience in the restaurant industry, as a long term owner-operator and now as a qualified court appointed receiver, Mr. Babcock understands the issues related to the industry and is uniquely experienced qualified to represent his clients in this area. He is also experienced in other areas of practice including commercial litigation, contracts, real estate issues and tenant landlord disputes.
