Life-long Ann Arbor resident, MICHAEL G. MILLIMAN, is dedicated to both the local A2 community and all of Metro Detroit. With over a decade of representing individuals and businesses, Mike's focus is not only on providing his clients with exceptional legal services, but also on building long-standing partnerships with them.

After graduating law school and passing the bar, Mike earned an LL.M. degree in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School, one of the top-rated tax law programs in the country. He has extensive experience in advising his clients on all levels of estate planning, from simple wills to complex trust agreements. He represents both new companies at the formation stage, and serves as general counsel to long-standing, established businesses. Mike also advises his clients on intellectual property issues, such as copyright and trademark, and has experience in negotiating complex licensing agreements. In the film industry, Mike counsels his clients in pre-production movie development through the multiple facets of post-production film distribution.

Mike is also a licensed real estate broker with an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including new construction and development issues. He represents both title insurers and financial institutions in title clearance matters, and has experience in real estate tax matters, such as property tax appeals and like-kind exchanges.
