C. NICHOLAS DEVER is “of counsel” to the firm. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Michigan. He has had a varied legal background and now concentrates most of his practice in the areas of real estate as well as estate and trust planning and administration. His experience includes acting as counsel for title insurance companies, representation of numerous condominium associations, a bank in regard to its financing of cooperative housing loans as well as representation of individuals and businesses in the acquisition, financing , construction, sale and leasing of both commercial and residential real estate. His work in estate planning and administration has included drafting of documents as well as representation of creditors, beneficiaries, fiduciaries and, on occasion, acting as a Personal Representative, Conservator, and a Trustee. Mr. Dever is a member of the Real Property and the Probate and Trusts sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
